The Opportunity

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Field Sales Representatives. As a Field Sales Representative for one of our incredible Energy brand clients, you’ll be meeting with potential customers in a retail environment and introducing them to utility solutions for their home. The simple goal is to educate customers and provide them with the best energy solutions for their home.

Your primary objective is to sell to customers and generate interest in finding the best solution for their energy consumption at home. You will be working in one of our client’s partner retail locations (Think "Big W"!). If you're a self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on teamwork and achieving goals, we want you to join our winning team!

• Demonstrate expertise in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Meet with your team weekly to share best practices, track goals, and report on results in your assigned areas
• Be an outgoing "people-person"—helping and being around people naturally energizes you
• Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience is an asset

Requirements:

• Ability to commute or reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (You will travel to different stores within the area throughout the week)
• Full-Time Availability: Must be able to work mornings/afternoons/evenings and/or weekends

Compensation:

• Hourly Wage + Uncapped Commission and Bonuses
