Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Field Operations, supporting our client, BELL, the Client Coordinator role is vast and varied. You will administer various projects and programs that support our client’s needs.  You will participate in a fast-paced environment where problem solving, flexibility, organization and attention to detail are key. You will be comfortable to work in a matrixed organization with different program leaders. Experience in a wireless retail environment considered a strong asset. 

 

 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operations meet our client needs 
  • Assist with program execution that will permit proper budget coding, on budget and exceeding client expectations 
  • Ensure all expenses are coded correctly for prompt payment
  • Coordinate travel for training, out of territory sales activities and any other travel requests
  • Complete administrative tasks as delegated by our team or client
  • Build strong relationships within all levels of OSL employees and our client
  • Participate in special projects and assignments as required

 

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Bilingual English and French considered strong asset
  • Experience in a wireless retail environment considered an asset 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking, planning and prioritization
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to proactively initiate questions, updates, or follow-ups 
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

 

 

Qualifications:

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in a wireless environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of similar experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
