    Career Opportunity – Regional Sales Representative – Toronto region

    We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Regional Sales Representative for the Toronto region. Reporting to the Director, Client Services the successful candidate will be accountable for supporting our partner Huawei Canada.

    The ideal candidate is a confident, inspiring and accountable person who can work independently as well as in a team environment to grow the Huawei brand, sales, provide training, in store support, provide competitive information, liaison with carrier management.


    Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day to day Huawei liaison at the corporate and retail levels
    • Organize and conduct training sessions, events and meetings
    • Gather Huawei and competitive market information from the region and provide analysis back to management
    • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all retail sales groups fully understand all Huawei product benefits and features
    • Provide sales support and product knowledge at store level
    • Ensure Huawei product stock levels and merchandising requirements are maintained at store level
    • Support all Huawei brand requirements are maintained at store level
    • Set up Huawei promotional materials and provide support at store or special events
    • Provide strategic input to help leverage the Huawei brand as well as build brand awareness
    • Complete store visit productivity reports, weekly & monthly reporting as well as any other requests for information from the client
    • Various other duties as required


    Job Requirements:

    • 2-3 years account management experience
    • Wireless or consumer electronics experience is an asset
    • A second language is considered an asset
    • Proven time management skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
    • Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory (some overnight travel may be required)
    • Must hold a valid drivers license
    • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is considered an asset
    • Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings and weekends
