    The Role:

    As an OSL Territory/Account Manager you will be representing Bell Residential Services and will be responsible for managing Bell’s end-to-end relationships with residential building / home owners, Boards of Directors, on-site Property Managers and others.

     

    The successful applicant will be part of a team of enthusiastic, passionate, well organized professionals who have a knack for high-quality relationship management creating meaningful business partnerships that translate to the goal of delivering superior results.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contributing to team Sales targets by delivering or exceeding territory Sales & Penetration targets
    • Measure performance, identify & advocate for new sales & marketing opportunities to ensure targets are hit profitably
    • Represent Bell within various residential territories
    • Thorough executional management of Bell territory sales and marketing activities, ensuring each is completed on time and as expected
    • Act as project manager for the preparation and execution of referral programs
    • Build a reputation as a strategic partner for clients by creating value added programs through customer focused orientation

    Critical Competencies:

    • Exceptional relationship management skills including active listening, problem solving, creative thinking and regular client communication
    • Effective planning, organizational and time management skills
    • Experience in referral and lead generation programs
    • Comfortable executing tasks independently
    • Capability to develop strong relationships with key industry contacts
    • Competitive product and technological knowledge of the telecommunication industry a definite asset

    Working Conditions:

    • Must own a vehicle in good condition and a valid driver’s licence
    • Must be ready to travel within the region to approach existing and potential customers based on a list of prequalified leads with the intent to sell.
    • These positions offer a Base Salary and Variable Pay including 50% sales bonus plan of base paid quarterly
