As an OSL Program and Database Manager – Residential New Construction you will be responsible for tracking and meeting key deliverables on a project-by-project basis as they progress through their lifecycle. Ensuring Bell services are available for end customer installation at the required time is critical to Bell’s success in this market segment. The successful candidate will maintain a Salesforce.com database with accurate information to allow for site tracking, reporting and prioritization. Key deliverables will be met by working with various internal and external stakeholders such as Bell Sales & Marketing, Bell Network and the Builders / Developers constructing the residential locations. Understanding the needs and changing timelines of the residential Builders and Developers and working with the internal Bell teams to deliver under tight timelines is a crucial component of the job.
