    Group Manager – Territory Management Team

    The Role:

    • As an OSL Group Manager – Territory Management Team, you will be representing Bell Residential Services by managing a team or professional Territory Managers, who will each own Bell’s end-to-end relationships with new building / home owners, Boards of Directors, on-site Property Managers and others. This team of enthusiastic, well organized professionals each has a knack for high-level relationship management and being a single-point-of-contact.

    • Reporting to the Senior Manager – Greenfield Sales & Marketing, this role is a challenging opportunity for the driven and committed career professional with proven leadership skills and a track record of success. The Group Manager – Territory Management Team will be accountable for delivering the strategy and execution of such functions as:

    • Managing, motivating & growing team of Territory Managers

    • Ensuring achievement of sales and profit targets

    • Prioritizing various sales tactics that will optimize ROI

    • Completing regular Competitive Analysis projects

    • Developing direct reports

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing team’s contribution to sales targets

    • Oversee team members as they:

      • Represent Bell within various residential territories

      • Conduct thorough executional management of Bell territory sales and marketing activities, ensuring each is completed on time and as expected

      • Act as project manager for the preparation and execution of referral programs

      • Build a reputation as a strategic partner for clients by creating value added programs through customer focused orientation

    • Work closely with Bell Sales Partners to ensure successful execution of all programs

    • Develop and launch tailored programs

    • Provide sales performance reports on a weekly basis

    • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are consistently met

    • Provide feedback such as competitive activities, pricing, product acceptance, etc.

    Critical Competencies:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales operations

    • Experienced leading teams of Territory / Account Managers

    • Inspirational and creative sales leader with demonstrated experience driving aggressive results

    • Customer service orientation with strengths in the areas of teamwork, adaptability and initiative

    • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate problems, opportunities and develop effective solutions

    • Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate level

    • Ability to perform with minimal supervision

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills

    Preferred Competencies:

    • 3-5 years sales experience with a history of over achievement performance

    • Previous major account experience

    • Previous management/supervision of a sales team is an asset

    • Telecom sales experience would be ideal

    • Skilled in solution based or consultative based selling techniques

    • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)

    Working Conditions:

    • This position requires being on the road to meet with key contacts in the GTA

    • This position offers a base salary of $65K plus 50% bonus

    • Must own a vehicle in good condition

    • Must have a valid driver’s license
