    Territory Manager - GTA

    The Role

     

    The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing Bell’s end-to-end relationships with residential building / home owners, condo building Boards of Directors, on-site Property Managers and others. The successful applicant will be part of a team of enthusiastic, well organized professionals who have a knack for high-level relationship management.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent Bell within various residential territories
    • Regular communication and site visits with key residential contacts, to develop relationships and secure on-site marketing and acquisition rights; Contribute to sales team in such a way that it can meet or exceed quarterly sales targets for Bell Residential services (Internet, Home Phone, TV)
    • Act as project manager for the preparation of lead generation and referral programs
    • Thorough executional management of Bell territory sales and marketing activities, ensuring each is completed on time and as expected
    • Build a reputation as a strategic partner for clients by creating value added programs through customer focused orientation
       

    Critical Competencies

    • Exceptional relationship management skills including active listening, problem solving, creative thinking and regular client communication
    • Effective planning, organizational and time management skills
    • Experience in referral and lead generation programs
    • Comfortable executing tasks independently
    • Capability to develop strong relationships with key industry contacts 

    Working Conditions

    • This position requires being on the road to meet with key contacts; Extensive travel within the GTA
      Must own a vehicle in good condition and a valid driver’s license
