The Company:

OSL was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

 

About the role:

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, as the Bilingual Lead, Marketing and Communications you will manage internal communications, sales incentive programs, and employee engagement initiatives across Canada. You will be collaborating with internal departments overseeing projects from inception to execution, drafting communications, and working to ensure the business goals are achieved. 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the planning, writing, and distribution of all field-facing communications in English and French
  • Ensure messaging is aligned with business goals and consistently clear across all channels
  • Own the end-to-end execution of sales incentive initiatives: from creative planning and platform configuration to communications, tracking, winner announcements, and rewards
  • Manage employee engagement via the incentive platform, driving participation and recognition aligned with company values
  • Oversee praise budgets, resolve platform issues, and identify opportunities to improve usability and adoption
  • Create and manage internal enablement content (job aids, SharePoint updates, platform guides)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, training materials, and knowledge-sharing processes
  • Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and participant experience
  • Coordinate and host monthly bilingual town halls to share business updates and celebrate achievements

 

What you’ve done:

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, enablement, or related fields
  • Bilingual in English and French written and verbal
  • Strong content development skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences
  • Highly organized with a process mindset and strong project management skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
