About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Operations Excellence, we are seeking a passionate, self-starter to be our new Operations Excellence Manager to manage the operational execution and process improvement of our OSL Direct division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence by optimizing efficiency, refining processes, and elevating overall business performance within the sales division.
