About the role: We are seeking a full-time passionate, driven Operations Coordinator to support our growth and operational execution for notable clients. This person is an organized, efficient and strong communicator who can help ensure our field sales teams are set up for success.

 

What you’re responsible for:

 

Operational Processes:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to solve operational issues or inefficiencies, working with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and creating processes that are reliable and support OSL’s vision for collaboration and best in class client support
  • Create, document and maintain detailed operational processes to ensure our programs are efficient.

Vendor Relationships:

  • Work with established vendors to ensure the supply of required services and materials for program execution as needed and is on time and on budget

Reporting:

  • Generate reports for internal stakeholders and clients as needed for sales, labour and other critical KPIs

Compliance and Standards:

  • Support the field sales leaders and Operations department to execute our programs in accordance with our SOPs and standards

Inventory Management:

  • Support internal stakeholders and field teams with inventory investigations and discrepancies, ensuring you are updating and staying current to close critical issues to resolution
  • Review purchase orders and ensure deliveries are made accurately/regularly
  • Assist with processing RMAs for specific carriers/vendors

 

To be successful and join our team:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, or a related field
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in different forms and with different audiences
  • Excel skills are above average and or use of Power BI
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Ability to establish and build effective relationships
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data using spreadsheets and data visualization software
  • Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability, and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the wireless industry and iQmetrix (RQ) software

Interview Process:

Step 1: If your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first conversation with the recruiter

Step 2: The next step is an in-person/virtual interview with the Operations Manager

Step 3: The final step is an interview with the Operations Manager and Panel, with and could include an Excel knowledge assessment
