The Position:

We are seeking a Bilingual Field Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to Operations Excellence Lead, the successful candidate will be accountable for supporting our direct field teams. Our ideal candidate is a confident, inspiring and accountable person who can work independently as well as in a team environment while leading individuals as well as multiple teams of up to fifteen members.

 

What you’re responsible for:

  • Supporting multiple-field sales teams assisting Regional and Field Managers with operational needs
  • Providing best-in-class onboarding support for new hires, ensuring a seamless start
  • Managing weekly schedules, reviewing timecards, and approving vacation requests
  • Offering direction and assistance to employees on matters related to payroll, vacation, expenses, and general inquiries
  • Handling offboarding procedures, including the coordination of equipment retrieval
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with local/provincial permits and client-specific requirements (e.g., annual background checks, code of conduct)
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale employee, including logistics, communication, and vendor management
  • Partnering with leadership to align on strategic action plans that support overall business goals
  • Performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks as required

 

Role Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
  • Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
  • Experience in supporting sales teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good organization skills, strong attention to detail, effective time management skills 
  • MS Office proficiency is mandatory in all applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Conviction to improve personally and support continuous improvement 
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is considered an asset
